Description

KCI Community Garden is designed, maintained, and harvested by students in the Green Industries Program. Students produce food which is sold at school run markets and used at community dinners. Students in the Hospitality Program use the produce to produce baking and preserves. Students learn practical skills relating to food production and healthy eating choices.
